Our standard turnaround time is 5-10 business days. We do accept rush orders with a minimum rush fee.

If the case has physical models, we can do a same-day pickup or send a shipping label to the clinic for direct mailing to our lab.  If the case is purely digital, the case can be sent to our lab email account or lab ID on respective intraoral scanner portal. The clinic can also choose to submit case directly to our order management system for status tracking.

We accept all images. We are integrated with all intraoral scanner portals including but not limited to iTero, Trios (3 Shape), Dentsply Sirona, DS Core, CEREC, Dexit, Medit, CS Core, Planmeca, Shining 3D, Panda, Launca and etc

We perform data evaluation and provide feedback to the clinic within first 24-48 hours upon case acceptance in case of any additional information is needed.

The clinic can reach out to the customer/sales representative directly, inquire on our 24/7 Whatsapp tech support channel, or check the order management system if an account is set up.

We strive to make things right in the first place. If unfortunately, it is less than satisfactory, we can offer free adjustment or remake.

We have an intraoral scanner membership program through which we provide free scanner training and support to members. We would be honored to do a scanner demo in your clinic.

Yes, we are a full-service dental lab. We do almost everything. We have excellent implant experts and technicians to provide surgical guide design, All-on-X design, fabricate surgical guide, PMMA, Crown, and metal package. We also provide chairside assistance per request.
