Scarlett Henderson
General Manager
Scarlett is a former McKinsey & Company consultant and an MBA graduate of Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington. A people person, faith-driven entrepreneur and servant leader, Scarlett wears many hats with grace and purpose. She serves as a part-time minister for youth and young adults at Agape, a lay counselor at College Park Church, and a peacemaker facilitating Resolving Everyday Conflict Biblically, a curriculum from Peacemaker Ministries. Outside of work and ministries, Scarlett treasures time with her families and their mini Goldendoodle Cody. She also enjoys board games, hiking with friends, writing, and music.
Tammy
Territory Manager
Tammy was born and raised in Indiana. Go Hoosiers! She has two grown children outside of the home and her sweet senior pup, Bella that keeps life full and joyful. She began her journey in the dental world over 20 years ago. Tammy started out in oral surgery and later earned her EFDA certification from the Indiana School of Dentistry. With hands on experience in nearly every corner of the dental field, Tammy brings a deep well of knowledge-paired with a true passion for helping others and building meaningful, lasting relationships. Jim
Group CEO
Formerly CEO of Good Dentists and now leading ICO Dental Group, Jim is known for growing organizations through innovation, operational excellence, and a people-first approach. As a longtime startup coach, he has a passion for developing talent and high-impact leaders. Jim and his wife spent several years at Purdue University, where living as both Boilermakers and Hoosiers gave him a deep appreciation for the Midwest’s grit, warmth, and optimism. Now based in New Jersey, he has led ICO through robust national growth earning the confidence of more than a thousand dentists. Through Stellar Smiles Solutions, Jim continues to bring excellent craftsmanship, local service, and best-value solutions to dental practices across the Midwest and beyond.
